Occupying a staggering 820,000 square feet, Yotta NM1 is designed to host 7,200 racks and is equipped with a robust power capacity of 50 MW. The facility adheres to the highest performance standards in data center operations, having earned Tier IV certification from the Uptime Institute. This esteemed certification signifies total fault tolerance with an uptime of 99.995%, allowing for a maximum downtime of merely 26.3 minutes per year. The infrastructure features numerous redundant systems that eliminate single points of failure, thereby ensuring exceptional reliability for essential applications.
Strategically positioned in Panvel, the data center is conveniently located near the bustling cities of Mumbai and Pune, enhancing accessibility for businesses in these metropolitan areas. Yotta NM1 is the first of five data center buildings envisioned within the Yotta Data Center Park, which, when completed, will offer a total of 30,000 racks and an aggregated power capacity of 250 MW. In conjunction with the Navi Mumbai data center, Yotta Infrastructure has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government to create a new data center campus in Chennai.
